I was going through my pictures the other day and realized I never finished editing my vacation pictures! I am really bad at that. I am very critical of my own work and it takes me awhile to like my own pictures. I always look for how I could have made them better. When I first got back from my trip I only liked a few. I edited the ones I really liked and passed over the others. Now nine months later when I looked back at my vacation shots I realized there were many great pictures I passed over.
I always loved this shot that Trevor (my husband) took. I didn't like all the extra distractions in the background though. I knew it would take some time to edit this one and that is why I held off touching it up. I would have loved to have had this shot taken with no people on the beach. But let's be real, when would a beach during the summer not have any other people there. Especially at sunset.
